New experiment · October 2026

Three colours.
One new comparison.

The latest turbine–laser experiment compares a turbine-only condition with green, red and violet laser conditions. The experiment is complete and the samples have been dispatched to Japan for crystal-image analysis.

The comparison

Turbine alone. Then three laser colours.

The test uses flowing tap water to drive a turbine, comparing the turbine-only setup with the turbine powering each laser in turn.

Turbine only

Comparison condition without a laser.

Green laser

Turbine + green laser.

Red laser

Turbine + red laser.

Violet laser

Turbine + violet laser.

No results available yet

This page currently records the experiment and sample dispatch. The laboratory results, supplied crystal images and accompanying documentation will be added after they are received, together with a discussion of the observations and their limitations.

The experiment explores a hypothesis. Until the analysis is available, no conclusion about differences between the conditions can be drawn.
