Website hosting and access data

This website is published using OpenAI Sites and delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. When you access the website, technical data such as your IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information and related log data may be processed to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose errors.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is retained only for as long as needed for security and operational purposes, subject to the providers’ applicable retention rules.

Cookies

Cloudflare may set the strictly necessary security cookie __cf_bm to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated requests. It normally expires after approximately 30 minutes. The website does not currently use optional analytics, advertising or marketing cookies; no consent banner is therefore displayed.

Video and external links

The trailer on this website is served directly from the website and is not embedded from YouTube. Visiting the page therefore does not by itself connect your browser to YouTube. A connection to YouTube or Stripe occurs only if you actively follow the corresponding external link. The privacy policies of those providers then apply.

Email contact

Messages sent to contact@thebloomeffect.at are forwarded by easyname to a Gmail inbox. We process your email address, message and any information you provide in order to answer your enquiry. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to communications (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Correspondence is deleted when it is no longer required, unless statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer storage.

International data transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are based on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
